Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager at Ailsa Hospital.
What you will do:
You will be a qualified registered Nurse, with demonstrable experience in post qualification learning and development. Senior level experience covering a range of management challenges, and understanding of the key challenges in community nursing, with a desire to lead and develop community nursing within the Central Locality, is expected.
The ability to demonstrate management competencies, understanding holistic care, with a knowledge of a range of specialities and full awareness of the need for financial balance is key. In addition, you will:
* Understand group dynamics
* Be aware, and contribute to, evidence based practice
* Able to assess and advise on nursing resource requirements
* Demonstrate understanding of Clinical Governance
* Demonstrate values of patient centred care
