Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a supported living service within a large, detached three-storey property, comprising 7 single-occupancy bedrooms. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management and development of the service, including any associated properties under the same registration.

Ensure the service operates in line with company policies, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
*
Act as the Registered Manager, fulfilling responsibilities under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
*
Provide strong leadership to staff, promoting a culture of excellence aligned with the company’s values and the standards of Skills for Care and relevant regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with individuals with learning disabilities, their carers, multidisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders to ensure services are user-led and outcome-focused.

Play a key role in the senior management team, contributing to strategic planning, service development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:

Registered Manager experience within a similar care environment.
*
A relevant health and social care qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent).
*
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care planning.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential or supported living setting.
Desirable:

Previous involvement in strategic planning or policy development.

Experience managing multi-occupancy supported living environments.
