Would you like to lead a team to enhance the lives of young adults with additional needs? We have an opportunity to join our team at our respite home, providing ad hoc support for young adults with disabilities/ learning difficulties/ challenging behaviour, to support the Management.
Responsibilities
Duties of a Senior Support Worker will include assisting the manager in supervisory responsibilities within the team, creating timetables of activities for the young adults in our care, personal care and maintaining the welfare of the young people alongside having understanding and commitment that this care is provided in line with the legislation, policy and ethos as required by Eco Wings.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (or be willing to complete this) or above and experience in a supervisory role within social care. Must have good English communication skills.

Opportunities to complete higher NVQ's and progress within the company. This a full time role with shifts covering evenings, weekends and sleep shifts.
