We have a great opportunity for an experienced BID Manager based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a permanent basis. Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their team\n\nSummary of the BID Manager role\n\nSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum \nLocation: Milton Keynes \nType of Contract: Permanent\nHours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm\n\nResponsibilities of the BID Manager\n\nGenerate accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.\nAnalyse project specifications and interpret architectural drawings.\nReview architect tender information to create a brief for the estimating team.\nIdentify value engineering options and improvements.\nConduct quote revisions. \nAnswer queries and update the system.\nLiaise with clients, contractors, architects and suppliers for accurate cost pricing.\nRequirements for a successful BID Manager\n\nExperience within a similar role previously.\nExperience working within the construction and/or fire door industry.\nAn in-depth knowledge of doorsets, fire compliance and construction methods.\nStrong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and using CRM systems.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCustomer service and admin experience.\nHigh level of accuracy. \nGood knowledge of the construction industry. \nWhat our Client offers\n\nLife insurance 3x salary\nPrivate Health Insurance\n23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays\nFree onsite parking\nEmployee Referral Scheme\nLong Service Awards\nEmployee of the Month\nAllstaff Recruitment is an Independent Recruitment Specialist based in Bedfordshire who work on behalf of companies across Bedford, Milton Keynes and surrounds to fill their vacancies and meet their recruitment needs.
