Education / Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Good level of general education (to at least GCSE level or equivalent)
2. NVQ 3 in administration or equivalent experience
Knowledge and experience

3. Ability to deal sympathetically and sensitively as necessary to patient needs
4. Assertiveness skills and the confidence to deal diplomatically with a wide range of people, organisations and situations
5. Ability to self-motivate
6. Excellent attention to detail
7. Ability to work without supervision.
