They're looking to appoint a Senior Planner to join their growing team and play a key role in shaping the communities of tomorrow. As a Senior Planner, you'll be at the forefront of a diverse range of planning projects, supporting clients from inception through to delivery. Working on anything from large housing estates, new retail or industrial buildings to individual houses and Barn conversions. No two days are the same. You could be: Delivering planning strategies for new housing developments. Unlocking sites for mixed-use regeneration projects. Preparing evidence for planning inquiries and appeals. Advising investors on land development potential. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists on creative, sustainable schemes. Helping shape the growth and character of towns, villages, and urban extensions. For this role we are looking for candidates Holds a degree in Town Planning or a related field with proven planning experience. You will hold a valid UK driving licence (essential for site visits).
