Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. M Group Water are currently looking to recruit a Planning Manager to work on our Yorkshire Water contract, for WSP Metering Lot 4.
Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We\'re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.
What you\'ll do
* As Planning Manager, you will be required to work collaboratively with our client Yorkshire Water, leading a high performing planning and scheduling team to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
* You will be able to manage your team to optimise our performance, customer experience and commercial objectives.
* You will be responsible for ensuring all planning activities are completed compliantly and within contract SLAs with a clear focus on KPI performance measures.
* You\'ll be responsible for team leadership, service delivery, and customer experience. Oversees staff records, recruitment, and reporting. Ensures timely resolution of enquiries and escalations, drives process improvement, and supports communication and recognition initiatives.
* Maintains compliance with CMEX/DMEX/RMEX standards and collaborates across teams to uphold service excellence.
