How will you make an impact? Reporting to the Commercial Director- Milk and Trading, you’ll support with the coordinator of orders and other administrative tasks within the Export function. Some of your key responsibilities will include; * Strict adherence to the Exports Documentation Process Flow requirements and timescales * Ensuring order compliance in line with the relevant regulatory bodies * Ensuring aligned ways of working with global stakeholders to enable On Time In Full (OTIF) deliveries * Acting as the order contact for international & local markets and providing status updates * Direct sales order processing, aiming at meeting and or/exceeding service level targets * Cooperating with markets to understand end market compliance and regulatory requirements What will make you successful We’re looking for an individual with strong business administration expertise combined with proven experience in managing export documentation and order processing. A process-driven and analytical mindset, paired with a proactive and flexible approach, will be essential. You should demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, is required, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
