Job Description
What are you responsible for...?
7. Deliver payrolls: accurately, timely and in line with compliance
8. Responsible for submissions to HMRC (monthly and weekly RTI files)
9. Assist the wider payroll team with any query resolution, process changes and system issues
10. Audit completion for key data
11. Update the team with changes to legislation, tax, statutory payments, NI etc.
12. Work closely with numerous key stakeholders - process changes and any project kick offs
13. Create a supportive and friendly working environment
The Successful Applicant
The successful Hybrid Payroll Supervisor...
14. Strong track record of a senior payroll position and/or team responsibility within a medium-large organisation (2,000 employees and above ideally)
15. Excellent knowledge of multiple systems (both Payroll and HR platforms)
16. Carry the ability to support, maintain and motivate the team
17. Good attention to detail and confident in Excel abilities
18. Adaptable and demonstrate strong organisational skills
19. Happy to commute to Reading
