Learning Manager – St James Academy, Dudley, England. Key pastoral role to support and guide learners academically and personally, working with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure engagement and progress.
Responsibilities
* Provide pastoral guidance and support to learners, identifying and addressing barriers to learning.
* Collaborate with teaching staff, parents and agencies to promote well‑being and academic progress.
* Co‑ordinate interventions, monitor outcomes and report to senior leaders.
* Maintain strong communication, organisational and empathy skills.
Qualifications & Experience
* Dedicated professional with a passion for learner well‑being and achievement.
* Relevant experience in pastoral, learner support or similar roles.
