Resposibilites of Head Chef
Lead, inspire, and develop a large kitchen brigade.
Deliver consistently outstanding food quality across all services.
Manage kitchen operations serving up to 700 covers daily.
Drive food cost control, stock management, and labour efficiency.
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing kitchen talent.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives and profitability targets.
Maintain exceptional kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
About you
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within a high-volume premium restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent financial acumen, including food cost and labour control.
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
Passion for hospitality, innovation, and team development.
Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
