Food and Beverage Supervisor - Crowne Plaza, Chester
Location: Chester, England
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum plus service charge, 40 hours per week (5 days)
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the Food and Beverage team in their daily duties
* Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests efficiently and pleasantly
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
* Support the team in all operational duties, including table set up and clearing, restocking supplies, and inventory management
* Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions
* Ensure all areas are well stocked and presented impeccably at all times
Desired Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
* Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
