Building Facilities Assistant
Noblehill Primary School
You will work 8 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The working hours will be Monday and Tuesday from 10am to 2pm.

We will train you to be part of our dynamic, reactive customer-facing building facilities team, providing essential janitorial and cleaning tasks in our local buildings.
We need someone who can work within a small team, independently, and be self-motivated.
The post holder will perform safety tasks throughout Noblehill Primary School, support daily safety checks, general cleaning, and promote energy efficiency. You will have health and safety responsibilities and engage in client liaison.
You should be flexible and highly motivated to deliver high-quality building facilities and cleaning services. Approachability, organization, and methodical work are essential.
Training will be provided in the use of iPad/Microsoft Apps, cleaning tasks, equipment, chemicals, and health and safety.
Additional Information
A current driving licence is essential. If you have a disability preventing you from holding a licence, consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
Good communication skills are required.
This role involves Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children under the PVG Scheme. Candidates will need to join or update the PVG Scheme before employment.
Applicants with residence outside the UK in the last 5 years must provide a police record check from the relevant authorities.
