Role: Kitchen Assistant
What we need from you:
* Preparing, serving and clearing up after the preparation of all meals required for conferences and staff throughout the day.
* Assist with the preparation and serving of all meals required for conferences and staff on duty each day.
* Clean the kitchen areas and machinery, ensuring high standards of food hygiene within the kitchen.
* Wash all kitchen pots and utensils used in the preparation and serving of food within your working area.
* Be aware of all health and safety and hygiene regulations and adhere to them.
* Carry out other tasks/duties as instructed by the duty/head chef.
* Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
* Disposing of rubbish working as a team member in a very busy environment
* Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

* Able to work flexible work patterns, including Bank Holiday, weekend and evening shifts as required
