An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded, specialist Public Law team recognised for its work across education, health, social care, and human rights. The successful candidate will support a specialist team handling Court of Protection matters, specialising in either Health & Welfare or Property & Affairs. Hybrid working is available, with a focus on remote first and occasional office attendance required. Key Responsibilities: * Assist fee earners with their caseloads within the Court of Protection team. * Draft correspondence and prepare court documents. * Liaise with clients (including vulnerable individuals), case managers, and other professionals. * Support new client enquiries and maintain accurate internal records. * Manage calls and casework efficiently, ensuring excellent client service. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures and relevant legal developments. * Assist with billing and general administrative support.
