The Role
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join our dedicated MFL department.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in one or more modern foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish, or German) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential to contribute to Key Stage 5.

Our school is a successful and growing secondary academy for boys aged 11-18, rated 'Outstanding’ by Ofsted. We are part of a high-performing multi-academy trust and are committed to academic excellence, character development, and leadership education.
Languages are a valued part of our curriculum, helping students to develop communication skills, cultural awareness, and confidence in a globalised world.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a teacher who:
* Has a degree in a modern foreign language or a related subject and holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Can teach at least one MFL subject to GCSE level (A-level desirable)
* Has a strong understanding of language pedagogy and cultural education
* Is committed to raising standards and inspiring a love of languages
* Is a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
