An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Simulation Fellow to work on simulation-based projects designed to support medical education across all NHSE sponsored training programmes. The role is open to doctors at CT1–ST4 level (or equivalent) and is well suited to those with a keen interest in medical education who wish to develop as clinical educators within the rapidly growing field of simulation.

Responsibilities
* Support simulation‑based projects to enhance medical education across NHSE sponsored training programmes.
* Collaborate with the simulation team to achieve the intended goals of the post.
* Present the results of your work at medical education and simulation conferences.
* Receive funding to pursue a formal medical education qualification.
* Lead and innovate to improve education for doctors in training.
Qualifications
* Doctors at CT1–ST4 level (or equivalent) with a passion for medical education.
* Strong commitment to leadership and innovation within education.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Valid status to work in the NHS and meet the minimum criteria for the role.
