HSEQ Manager Location: Garvagh Salary: £30,000 £40,000 + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card Hours: 8:30am 5:00pm (Early finish Fridays) Holidays: 33 Days Annual Leave The Opportunity A leading construction client is seeking an ambitious HSEQ Manager to join their team. This is an excellent step-up role for someone with a solid Health & Safety background who is ready to progress into a more senior, independent position. Youll play a key part in promoting and maintaining safety standards across active construction sites and the wider business. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality activities Carry out site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and method statement reviews Support project teams to ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures Investigate incidents, produce reports, and implement corrective actions Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings Maintain and update HSEQ documentation and records Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and management to drive a strong safety culture Provide ongoing advice and support across multiple live sites Essential Criteria NEBOSH Certificate (General or Construction) 12 years experience managing Health & Safety on sites/workplaces Full UK Driving Licence CSR or CSCS card Strong communication skills and ability to influence safety behaviours Knowledge of H&S legislation and construction site practices Desirable Experience in construction-related HSEQ roles ISO management system knowledge ) Incident investigation training or similar Whats on Offer Competitive salary: £30k£40k Company vehicle + fuel card 33 days holiday Early finish every Friday Supportive environment with room to progress If youd like to discuss this role or receive the full details, feel free to get in touch!
