We are currently seeking a committed and passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Wandsworth. This role is ideal for an experienced SEN practitioner or a qualified teacher with a strong interest in special educational needs, inclusion, and personalised learning.

The Role
As the SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored learning programmes that meet the individual needs of pupils. Teaching may take place in a specialist provision, resource base, or through targeted intervention groups, depending on the school’s structure.
You will adapt the curriculum to ensure it is accessible and engaging, using a range of strategies to support learning, communication, and behaviour. Assessment will be used diagnostically to track progress, identify next steps, and celebrate achievements.
Collaboration is a key aspect of the role. You will work closely with the SENCo, teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to ensure pupils receive consistent and effective support. You will also contribute to the development and review of EHCP targets and support plans.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching pupils with SEND (desirable)
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
* Calm, patient, and flexible approach
