Job Summary
We are seeking a Call Handler / Administrator, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in customer service and admin. We are a fresh food wholesaler and due to an increase in business we need to add to our friendly team. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 7am - 12pm.
Duties
* Answer incoming calls
* Inputting orders into our system
* Updating and developing our social media
* Providing excellent customer service
* Dealing with daily issues and finding solutions to problems
* Ordering produce from suppliers
* Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow efficiency
