What You’ll Do:

As our Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving sales initiatives and building lasting client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets

Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base

Nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Leading negotiation processes to close deals successfully

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the chemical industry

A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in business development

Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders

A client-centric approach with the capability to build rapport and trust

A valid driver’s licence, as travel will be required
