Job description:
* Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons to learners with complex needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and interactions
* Monitoring student progress
* Pupil supervision outside the class including school trips and activities
* Full-time, permanent role
* Start September 2026
* Salary up to £40,179 (including SEN allowance) - dependent on experience
Person specification:
* Experience working with SEND pupils, ideally within a specialist setting
* Strong experience in teaching GCSE Science
* Experience of behaviour management and de-escalation
* QTS or QTLS
