Your role

In addition to in-branch training, you will become certified by the BMW Academy, demonstrating our commitment to your professional development and self-structured learning.
What you will be doing?
* Preparing the showroom and cars for daily operations.
* Assisting with showroom presentation and advertising.
* Keeping the dealership staff informed about the latest product information to ensure high knowledge levels.
* Supporting the Sales department to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging test-drive experiences, providing customers with full insight into their requested vehicle.
* Learning about our products to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle.
* Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
* Supporting marketing activities by capturing vehicle imagery and utilizing digital and social media platforms for promotion.
* Assisting with customer handovers by demonstrating vehicle features and setting up their new cars.

* Methodical and logical approach, especially during busy periods.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Proficiency in IT, including web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
