This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on client management, account development, and temporary workforce coordination. Youll have the autonomy to run your own desk while being supported by a collaborative and professional team.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant on the Driving Desk, you will:
* Manage, develop, and grow your own driving recruitment desk.
* Source, interview, and place temporary HGV, van, and logistics drivers.
* Complete compliance tasks including skills testing, referencing, and daily workforce management.Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and service reviews
* Drive business development through sales activity, marketing, and lead generation.
* Ensure excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
What Were Looking For
* Experience in recruitment (driving, industrial, logistics, or similar) is highly beneficial.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
