Business Development Administrator - Turkish speaking

Role: Business Development Administrator - Turkish speaking

Location: Southampton (on-site)

We are currently recruiting for a Turkish-speaking Business Development Administrator to support the OMP department. The candidate must be a dynamic self-starter, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.

Please note that the successful candidate will need a valid right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate the setup of new clients, including handling VAT registration documents meticulously.
* Engage with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email, ensuring clear and professional communication.
* Stay updated with industry developments and proactively seek knowledge to enhance expertise.
* Handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
* Manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional service.
* Monitor and meet deadlines consistently for routine and unexpected tasks.
* Perform administrative tasks to support the Online Marketplace department, including e-filing and managing emails from Amazon to ensure KPIs are met.

Person Specification:

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Turkish and English.
* Proven experience in a customer service role.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
* Works well independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills.
