Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant and coaching a multi-skilled team.
* Hold regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development, promoting a safety-first culture.
* Deliver structured daily briefings to ensure colleagues work to meet KPI targets and business objectives.
* Ensure all areas of the retail counter conform to health and safety legislation.
* Maintain branch standards to achieve operational excellence and balanced performance.
* Ensure the branch operates efficiently with a safety-first culture, including completion of relevant e-learning modules.
* Lead a customer-first retail team, reinforcing a customer-focused mindset across the branch.
* Adhere to returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance the customer experience.
* Maintain shelf availability through accurate stock movement processes.
* Deliver a customer-first service through efficient pick-to-manifest times and achievement of SLAs.
* Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximise customer opportunities.
* Minimise customer effort by ensuring a robust Click & Collect process is in place.
* Set up the branch for growth through best-in-class retailing, stock management, and strong SLAs.
* Ensure retail operations are compliant with financial audit requirements.
