The Role
1. Manage the end-to-end bid process.
2. Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined time limits.
3. Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery.
4. Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders, engaging with relevant departments.
5. Prepare and review the commercial aspects of bids, ensuring all products/services are included in the purchase price.
6. Contribute to the written proposal, including content and presentation, providing guidance on the executive summary.
7. Ensure timescales are met at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, and set realistic deadlines.

The Person
* Experience working as a Bid Writer within the Security Industry.
* Ability to coordinate and produce proposal responses (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP, etc.) and assemble a skilled proposal team.
* Proven background in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals in complex environments.
* Experience in managing proposal kick-off meetings, storyboarding, review meetings, governance, and document delivery.
* Experience designing, managing, and updating Content Libraries or Proposal Automation Solutions.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Excellent written English skills.
* APMP Certification.
