Family Finding Officer | Lancaster | Part Time (25 hours per week) | £28,164 – £33,099 per annum (pro rata depending on experience)
Our client is a Therapeutic Independent Foster Agency and charity with an important history built on principles of social justice and the power of communities. The children and young people they work with have experienced relational and developmental trauma, often leading to complex needs that require the love, security and sense of belonging provided by a nurturing family. These families are resilient, highly skilled and well supported.
They believe it takes a community to raise a child, and as a therapeutic agency, they continually explore and refine approaches to achieve their vision.
