In this role, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion. You will provide clear, practical advice to clients while maintaining excellent relationships with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, title deeds, and other legal documents.
* Conducting searches, investigations, and raising enquiries.
* Liaising with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure a high level of service.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and firm policies.
* Using a case management system to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
About You:
* Experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a proven track record in residential property law.
* Able to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
