We are looking for a person who: Is passionate about teaching and learning, especially in the Early Years Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Early Years Has extensive knowledge of Early Years Framework and Inclusion Funding Is an excellent teacher with high expectations Is enthusiastic and committed to providing children with a rich learning environment Is able to challenge and engage pupils believing in our mantra “why say no when you can say yes?” Is able to share their vision for the Early Years clearly whilst inspiring and motivating the team.
