We are looking for a caring, compassionate, bubbly & energetic nurses to look after a 17-year-old girl in her own home with previous experience of providing person centred care for children/adults with learning disabilities and experience with managing seizures.
The role will involve sensory & play therapy alongside a variety of activities such as bike rides, swimming & walks in the park with our client.
Shift Patterns:
Night Shifts: Monday - Sunday (Set Shifts Required)
Day Shifts: Monday - Sunday (Set Shifts Required)
Shift Times:
21:00 - 08:00 (Nights)
15:00 - 21:00 (Weekdays)
08:00 - 18:00 (Weekends)
Rates Breakdown:
Weekday Rate: £33 Weekday Nights: £35
Weekend Day: £35 Weekend Nights: £36

Provide 1:1 & 2:1 care to the patient in their own home
Build rapport with family members and other staff members
Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practicedRequirements for the role:
A minimum of 12months UK experience in the last two years working closely with people with clinical complex needs

Ensure care plans and other information are followed and changes escalated to clinical leads
