Overview
Part-time Health and Social Care Assessor role focused on delivering and coordinating Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care apprenticeships for a well-established training provider. This is a part-time, permanent role (3 days per week) with flexible hours. Based from home, you will support assessors in delivering HSC L2 & L3 to learners based in Stourbridge and the surrounding area.
The role involves all aspects of apprenticeship delivery (including Numeracy and Literacy), carrying out assessments, and liaising with Assessors, Learners, external verifiers and staff to maximise completions. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 HSC qualification and have experience delivering health and social care apprenticeships to learners in the workplace.

Duties / Responsibilities
* Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to deliver a range of quality provisions while following code of practice and the agreed procedure for any awarding bodies.
* Train, assess, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving Level 2 and Level 3 HSC qualifications.
* Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met and monitor progress, including regular progression reviews and additional support reviews.
Qualifications & Competencies
* HSC Level 3 qualification
* Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1)
* Experience delivering HSC apprenticeships
* Passion for people development
* Experience of working remotely from home — learner caseload located in Stourbridge and surrounding area
* Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle
