As a Senior Physiotherapist, You Will
* Support the Lead Physiotherapist in managing the Physiotherapy Department.
* Develop physiotherapy services and contribute to business development.
* Carry a clinical caseload alongside your leadership duties.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to multi-professional staff.
* Support training and development of the physiotherapy team.
* Contribute to the hospital's Vision and Strategy.

The Ideal Senior Physiotherapistwill Have
* A degree-level qualification in Physiotherapy.
* Minimum of five years post-qualification experience.
* Experience in elective orthopaedics and MSK Physiotherapy.
* Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
* Proven performance at a senior level.
