The role is central to the firm's client-focused strategy, enabling the development and execution of targeted business development plans that enhance market positioning, generate revenue, and strengthen relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Execution: Deliver business development plans aligned with global priorities, track ROI, and ensure high-quality outputs.
* Revenue Growth: Support regional initiatives, shape BD offerings, identify market opportunities, and contribute to pitches.
* Marketing & Profile Raising: Coordinate events, PR, awards submissions, and thought leadership to elevate team visibility.
* Client & Market Insight: Apply product knowledge to client programmes and analyze market trends for new opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with global BD teams and senior stakeholders to drive cross-regional projects and connect professionals to BD resources.
Your Experience:
* Proven BD experience in professional services (legal sector preferred)
* Strong understanding of arbitration and dispute resolution markets
* Commercially astute with advisory capabilities
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Detail-oriented and collaborative across seniority levels
