Act as the first point of contact for team leaders and managers regarding system-related queries.
Analyse performance data and provide KPI reporting to support operational decision-making.
Work closely with IT, engineering, and operational teams to resolve technical issues.
Support weekly operational planning, including workload allocation and system optimisation.
Conduct root cause analysis on system and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and pharmaceutical regulations.

Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Desirable

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Knowledge of automated warehouse systems such as KNAPP.
Experience within a pharmaceutical, logistics, or highly regulated environment.
Understanding of performance reporting, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
Knowledge of EU Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or similar compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable analysing data, resolving issues under pressure, and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly automated logistics operation and play a key role in maintaining service, efficiency, and operational excellence
