Job Description
Are you a highly organised multitasker with a passion for production? As a Production Coordinator at Global, you'll be at the heart of our editorial video team, ensuring our shoots and edits run smoothly, deadlines are met, and schedules and budgets stay on track. A key part of the role is overseeing the Production Management inbox, triaging incoming video requests from across the business, troubleshooting issues, and knowing when to escalate conflicts or risks for support.
Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination (40%): Coordinate shoots and edits across multiple editorial productions, manage logistics, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across all content.
Budget & Administration (30%): Support with budgeting, cost tracking, and reconciliations, while overseeing freelancer onboarding, contracts, and expenses, and maintaining clear production documentation (e.g. call sheets and release forms).
Team Collaboration (30%): Work closely with colleagues and wider Global departments (Finance, Legal, Marketing/Comms etc) to deliver projects efficiently, while briefing and supporting production assistants and freelancers as required.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you'll have:
* Gained a solid understanding of Global's video processes and workflows.
* Built strong working relationships with producers, editors and production assistants.
* Confidently managed logistics for multiple shoots, edits and deliverables including quick turn around requests.
* Adopted and implemented internal project management tools and processes.
* Demonstrated multitasking skills by successfully juggling multiple projects.
* Run the PM inbox confidently, responding clearly to stakeholders and escalating issues appropriately.
What You'll Need
* Production Experience: You must have experience working as a Production co coordinator across shoots and post-production.
* Organisation & Admin: Strong skills in scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation, with high attention to detail.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and project management tools such as Float, Planner, or Trello.
* Communication & Judgement: Confident, clear communicator who can triage incoming requests.
* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and suppliers.
* Problem-Solving: Initiative, adaptability, and calm under pressure, especially with last-minute changes.
* Industry Awareness: Understanding of copyright, music clearance, and release forms.
