Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional, timely, and knowledgeable support to customers via email, phone, and live messaging.
* Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, maintaining the company's outstanding Trustpilot rating.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and returning customers.
* Maintain accurate customer records to ensure service quality and consistency.
* Coordinate with courier partners to track and resolve delivery or logistics issues.
