Full time Support Worker - Walton on the NazeLocation: Walton on the Naze, EssexSalary: £27,300.00 PAHours: 37.5 hours per week, covering weekdays and weekends. We currently have positions available for day and waking night supportAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Walton on the Naze area.This role involves assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the day/night. This gentleman is interested in football, gaming, Pokemon, Disney and animals.Key RequirementsPrevious experience with trauma-informed care is essentialExperience supporting people with autism is essentialCalm, patient and understanding approachExcellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting othersApplicants must have the right to work in the UK and reside within the Essex borough.
