An Insurance Company is looking for an experienced Deputy Risk and Compliance Officer to support risk and compliance activities across the group and client entities in the captive insurance sector.
This hybrid role involves maintaining compliance registers, supporting regulatory reporting, acting as Deputy MLRO/MLCO, and ensuring adherence to data protection laws. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong compliance culture, delivering training, and supporting senior management.
Candidates should have experience in a financial services compliance role, ideally within insurance management or the GFSC. Strong knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory and financial crime frameworks is essential. Relevant qualifications and excellent communication and organisational skills are expected.
