We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and caring individual to join our South Place Admin Team. The role involves supporting various services across different locations, including outpatient receptions and inpatient units.
The Peripatetic Administration Assistant provides essential cover for administrative roles supporting the South Community Services. Having your own transport is essential, as travel to different locations is required. This is a part-time position, 18.75 hours per week, with a flexible schedule typically involving 3 days one week and 2 days the next, with full-day coverage.
Applicants must possess excellent communication and administration skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Previous administration and secretarial experience, preferably within the NHS, is necessary. Knowledge of SystmOne is advantageous but training can be provided. The ability to work flexibly, proactively, and independently, with good numerical skills and the capacity to multi-task, is essential.
The base location is St James Clinic, Kings Lynn, but travel to other sites such as Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Swaffham Community Hospital will be required. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle or alternative transportation arrangements.
