A brilliant opportunity has come up for a Video & 3D centric Creative Technologist for this leading creative studios in central London. You will be responsible for contributing to high-impact projects whilst exploring next generation tools and workflows, all whilst working with a dedicated team of artists, developers, and producers.
The Role
* Explore and push boundaries by researching and testing emerging tools across real-time rendering, virtual production, AI-driven content creation, and 3D scanning/modelling to fuel continuous innovation.
* Rapidly prototype and iterate proof-of-concept experiences that showcase the real-world potential of new and evolving technologies.
* Design and optimise hybrid workflows that seamlessly integrate cutting‑edge tech with traditional video, animation, and post‑production pipelines.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, editors, and VFX artists to turn ambitious creative concepts into technically achievable, high‑impact storytelling solutions.
* Build smart, scalable tools — from scripts to templates — that drive efficiency, consistency, and greater creative agility across projects.
The Person
* 3+ years of experience in a creative technology, technical artist, or innovation-focused role.
* Solid working knowledge of 3D tools and render engines.
* Strong skills in video editing and motion design software.
* Experience with real-time engines for prototyping or content creation.
* Basic scripting/programming proficiency for pipeline and tool development.
* Experience with volumetric capture, photogrammetry, or AI-assisted content creation.
* Exposure to AR/VR development or interactive experiences.
* Experience with Notch, TouchDesigner, or similar platforms.
* Understanding of technical camera workflows, codecs, and video standards.
