Job Position: Delivery Driver (Interview Position)
This position involves providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring all shipments conform to Federal Express Canada features of service, and performing related customer service functions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
* Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
* Preferred: One year of customer-oriented business experience
* Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
* Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
* Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure
* Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed

Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
