Graduate BIM Technician Role

Role Responsibilities
* Support project teams in utilising Procore as the company's CDE platform. Experience with Procore is not essential, but understanding proprietary CDE systems is desirable.
* Guide project teams on uploading and issuing documentation according to project workflows and processes.
* Assist in setting up and controlling the CDE to ensure efficient and secure data management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate and current project information, ensuring data is correctly stored, accessible, and shared among stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Technical Services and Design teams to promote best practices and support CDE usage across the company.
* Demonstrate proficient computer literacy, including using various software tools related to project information management.
Candidate Requirements
* A degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* Skills in PDF creation, conversion, and editing (e.g., Adobe, Nuance, Kofax).
* Full driving licence.
