* Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every
guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining
experience.
* Support the Management Team: Take charge in the
absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and
efficiently.
* Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee
table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
* Training & Development: Help train and
develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
* Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high service
and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both
guests and the team.

* Customer Service Passion: A natural people

* Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a
hospitality or restaurant setting, with the ability to inspire and guide a
team.
