Accepting applications until: 7 November 2025 Job Description Your Role: CRM and Content Manager, Local Sales (Manchester) We’re looking for a CRM & Content Manager to join a newly formed Local Sales marketing team in our Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead how Global connects with advertisers through data-led, engaging CRM campaigns. You’ll lead strategy, content, and execution, working closely with the wider Marketing team and colleagues across Local Sales and Technology teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive business growth. As a CRM Content Manager, Local Sales at Global, you will: CRM Strategy & Campaign Execution (50%) - Lead the development and execution of the Local Sales CRM strategy and campaign calendar, using performance, sector, and customer insights to ensure campaigns are timely, targeted, and creatively strong. Own lead nurture programmes across the lifecycle — new, warm, dormant, and lapsed leads — optimising performance proactively. Build, automate, and personalise campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, championing best practice in logic, structure, and design. Improve speed-to-market for campaigns. Content Creation & Messaging (30%) - Take ownership of CRM content, shaping messaging, tone, and value propositions to reflect Global’s offering and B2B customer needs. Collaborate with the CRM Executive to produce well-crafted copy and visuals. Ensure CRM campaigns are coordinated with digital and offline marketing activity. Data & Performance Management (20%) - Champion data quality and segmentation in Salesforce, working with teams to improve usability and accuracy. Report on campaign performance — analysing engagement, conversion, and ROI to drive insight-led improvements. Line-manage and develop a CRM Executive, providing leadership, guidance, and feedback. Stay ahead of trends through testing, experimentation, and industry learning. What You’ll Love About This Role 1. Better Together: Work closely with Marketing colleagues and Sales teams, using commercial insights to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns. What Success Looks Like In your first few months, you’ll have: Delivered targeted CRM campaigns across the lifecycle, optimising for engagement and conversion. Developed and maintained high-quality campaign content reflecting SME customer needs. Implemented improved segmentation and data integrity practices in Salesforce. Built strong working relationships with the Local Sales Strategy team and other stakeholders.
