What the role involves:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assisting the class teacher with lessons and activities
* Helping to manage behaviour and keep students engaged
* Supporting students with additional needs where required
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
