Who you'll be working with: The Operations Support Engineering team partners with business leaders and teams to provide an outstanding technical and work environment for all employees. The team undertakes various jobs across desktop, AV, and facilities support.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects to enhance Liberty IT's office environments, desktop and device hardware/software, and digital communications for meetings (in-person, hybrid, virtual).
2. Facilitate project delivery, ensuring team members own, score, and deliver tasks or stories.
3. Facilitate agile ceremonies and communicate progress regularly.
4. Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives to meet Liberty IT's targets.
5. Mentor junior team members to deliver features and functions.
6. Partner with employees and team members to maximize business value.
7. Lead continuous improvement practices to optimize employee experience, safety, and security.
8. Review and contribute to engineering and operations standards.
9. Participate in solution creation and knowledge sharing activities.
10. Grow knowledge of IT systems, networks, digital communications, hardware, and office best practices.
11. Assess and adopt new solutions using data-driven approaches.
Technology Support Responsibilities:
* Maintain and optimize software and hardware during office hours.
* Manage processes for new hire setups, including device and desk setup.
* Respond to and resolve support requests and tickets, developing solutions for recurring issues.
* Manage AV and digital communication tools for onsite, hybrid, and remote events.
* Oversee and proactively maintain AV and communication technologies, updating licenses as needed.
* Support office environment management, including space and occupancy management, intra-office moves, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum five years' experience supporting large-scale office environments, including hardware, software, AV, and office space support.
* Experience delivering software, hardware, and office environment projects.
* Knowledge of agile practices.
* Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and user-centric solutions.
* Current industry-recognized certifications.
Desired Criteria:
* Participation in knowledge sharing activities.
* Experience building customer-centric solutions considering technical, user, and commercial needs.
