My Client, an international distributor of health care related products, is looking to strengthen its procurement and supply chain function by recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator.
As the Supply Chain Coordinator your key responsibilities will include ;-
• Processing International purchase orders, deliveries, shipments and invoices for global customers. Including the use of multiple customer portals/systems.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers globally, in multiple currencies, and raising orders with factories in the Far East and Europe.
• Liaising with shipping agents to get competitive prices for freight and arranging correct paperwork for customs clearance.
• Analysing stock holding and customer sales.
• Managing multiple detailed and complex spreadsheets.
• Keeping supply procedures up to date.
You will have a track record as a Supply Chain Coordinator with a knowledge of incoterms, order, delivery and invoice procedures and excellent Excel skills
