Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal
Join IVC Evidensia as a Small Animal Veterinarian. Whether you’re an experienced vet or early in your career, we support development and tailor the role to your needs.
Salary up to £75,000 DOE plus a welcome bonus of up to £5,000 and relocation allowance of up to £5,000.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical care to small animal patients at our RCVS Tier 3 hospital in Newbury.
* Work within a friendly and supportive team at Donnington Grove Vets.
* Participate in a typical full‑time role of 4 days a week, with an on‑call rota shared evenly across a large team.
On‑Call Schedule
* 1 in 15 nights and 1 in 7 weekends.
* For weekday on‑call shifts, a later start (≈ 12:00 midday) prior to the night shift, finishing at 13:00 the following day.
* Generous bonus paid for called‑out shifts.
