A well-established charity partnership between two hospices is looking for an ICT Field Support Engineer to provide cover to Selly Park area and Erdington Locations. Along with a basic salary of £42,000 per annum, you will receive an excellent benefits package, plus travelling expenses fully reimbursed above DVLA standard. What you’ll be doing as ICT Field Support Engineer: You will track, troubleshoot, and resolve requests while meeting SLAs. Key to success is a wealth of knowledge spanning various technologies and ability to use these skills to troubleshoot and deliver five-star solutions that keep people productive in their work. Customer service is paramount, so excellent customer facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively are expected. Friendly tech-savviness should truly shine here. This role requires flexibility, in particular, cross-site working at both hospice locations, and occasional ‘out of usual office hours’ working and on-site presence at other locations when necessary.
